All doctors should be like Dr. Kurkal - more interested in diagnosis and treatment than time slots and targets. He is very caring compared to others and listen to you.
Previous doctors I have seen here have been too quick to dismiss me.
When mentioned that I had arthritis in my hands - was told "tale painkillers" I have been advised by other sufferers that a physio is very helpful and possible injections - a hand splint also had the doctor in questions had been a little interested, my condition might have been made more bearable.
I have written about this before. On coming into the surgery today there at 8 people standing in the queue waiting to see reception. Majority over 70. I would say you have so many empty chairs in this surgery, I do not for the life of me see why the queue notice cannot be put at the beginning row of chairs so that people can sit while waiting. Thankfully.
I can't understand why I cannot complete a repeat prescription request in my own. It is ridiculous that I have to drive up here to complete a form that just sits on a table, ridiculous.
Never seem to get in to see your own doctor and a long wait for any other or get offered telephone consultation how they can diagnose you then.
